Modernization of Aberdeen Market cum Cooked Food Centre
The project has attained a Final Gold rating under BEAM Plus NB V1.2 in 2024. Aberdeen Market has adopted numerous sustainable building practices, leading to notable accomplishments in carbon neutrality, such as an 11% reduction in energy consumption and a 75% decrease in water usage. Urban Green was appointed as the BEAM consultant for this project.
Proposed A&A Works for Wholesale Conversion at 153 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong
The project has attained a Provisional Silver rating under BEAM Plus NB V2.0 in 2024. The proposed alterations and additions (A&A) works have demonstrated exceptional performance across the seven BEAM Plus categories, especially in the Material and Waste aspect, where it achieved 100% of the available credits. This accomplishment resulted in a 15% reduction in energy consumption and a 40% decrease in water usage. Urban Green was appointed as the BEAM consultant for this project.
Section 16 Planning Application for Multi-storey Building Developments near Yuen Long Industrial Estate
Urban Green has performed an air ventilation assessment for various schemes to facilitate the approval of the planning application for the proposed development. This ensures compliance with air ventilation standards and promotes a more comfortable wind environment.
Sewage Pumping Station at Lok On Pai, Siu Lam
Urban Green has conducted a Preliminary Environmental Review to assess the potential environmental impacts associated with the Proposed Development. We have proposed innovative mitigation measures, especially the construction noise impact to existing noise sensitive receivers in the vicinity, to demonstrate that the Proposed Development is environmentally acceptable in relation to the surrounding areas.
